70cl / 55.80% - Well-sherried single malt distilled by Tomintoul back in August 2000 and left to mature in a single Pedro Ximenez sherry butt for 19 years. Nearly two decades later, in February 2020, this whisky was bottled up at 55.8% ABV, with an outturn of 521 bottles.
