70cl / 55.50% - Cask strength Craigellachie, independently bottled by A.D. Rattray for the Cask Collection series. This one was allowed to age for 18 years - from September 2002 to September 2020 - in a single bourbon hogshead, and was bottled up at 55.5% ABV, with an outturn of only 277 bottles. Craigellachie's single malt is always a treat, and it's certainly distinctive when compared to whisky from other Speyside-based distilleries.
