Dalmore 16 Year Old 2004 (cask 1027524) - The Octave (Duncan Taylor) Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 55.10% - A 16 year old single malt from Dalmore, distilled back in 2004 and eventually given a finishing period in an octave cask (much smaller than your run-of-the-mill cask). Following that, it was bottled up at cask strength by Duncan Taylor, with just 90 bottles produced (like we said, octave casks are rather little, meaning they don't hold much whisky.).
