Smogen 8 Year Old - Batch 2 Single Malt Whisky
50cl / 59.80% - The second batch of Smogen's eight year old single malt whisky is once again a marvellous expression from the Swedish distillers. While the first batch was matured in first fill Sauternes barriques, this one was aged in a more traditional combination of bourbon and sherry casks, and bottled up at a hefty 59.8% ABV. Richly flavoursome, which a solid backbone of peat smoke running through it. Smogen keeps on impressing.
