Made at the distillery in Bow Wharf, this excellent expression is made with a combination of 42% malted rye and 58% malted barley, and matured in an intriguing combination of casks. This edition was drawn from virgin French oak casks, chestnut casks, STR (shaved, toasted, recharred) sherry casks, and bourbon casks.
