70cl / 59.60% - This marvellous single malt from the Glen Moray Distillery was matured in five Sauternes wine casks for 14 years before being bottled up as part of the Warehouse 1 range. Sauternes is notoriously vibrant and sweet, and when its casks are used to mature whisky, those yummy characteristics make their way into the spirit. Expect a bounty of juicy fruit notes here, along with balancing oaky warmth.
