GlenAllachie 21 Year Old - Batch 1 Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 51.40% - A marvellously well-aged GlenAllachie here, aged for over two decades. This is the first batch of the 21 Year Old, and the single malt was bottled from five Pedro Ximenez puncheons and hogsheads filled in 1997 and 1998, blended by Billy Walker himself. Just 1,600 bottles were released at 51.4% ABV without chillfiltering, packed full of rich chocolate and spices alongside honeyed citrus.
