Starward 4 Year Old 2016 (cask 1867) - Berry Bros. & Rudd Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 58.20% - The folks at Berry Bros. & Rudd have teamed up with Australia's Starward for the very first time. Distilled in 2016 from Australian barley, the single malt was matured in a cask which previously held Apera (an Australian sherry-style fortified wine) for four years. It was bottled at cask strength, weighing in at 58.2% ABV. Hopefully this is the first of many.
