This is a 16 year old Balmenach single malt, independently bottled for the Forgotten Gems range, which is all about making sure the last drops of some incredible whisky stocks don't get lost to the labyrinth of time. It was aged in a refill hogshead, and has been bottled up at 45.9% ABV, with just 12 bottles produced. Like we said, the very last drops of some terrific parcels of whisky here.
