Ardmore 9 Year Old 2011 - Strictly Limited (Carn Mor) Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 47.50% - A wonderfully sherried Highlander here, after this Ardmore was distilled in 2011 it slumbered for just under a decade in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. Eventually Carn Mor bottled it up for its Strictly Limited series, with 1,272 handsome bottles released at 47.5% ABV.
