70cl / 52.50% - A bourbon-matured Tomatin here, this Highlander spent its days (or rather, years) in a single bourbon cask. It was eventually bottled at 16 years old by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for its Cooper's Choice series, with 320 bottles released at 52.5% ABV. Despite the sweet cask influence, this single malt manages to remain a fiery, spicy affair.
