Founded by Kristy Booth-Lark, the Killara Distillery has produced this 2 year old malt spirit (not quite old enough to be called whisky yet), and it offers up a wealth of ripe red fruit notes among the waves of of vanilla and barley. The label hints towards what could have been the flight path for Kristy's career - she originally wanted to be an air traffic controller.Batch 1 is a release of 143 bottles.That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
