70cl / 40.00% - A limited edition release from Irish gin producers Old Carrick Mill (which is based in an old flour mill.), made using honey. Not just any honey, mind. They've used honey from their own hives to make this brilliant expression. Rich and creamy, with enough herbaceous notes from the gin to balance the sweetness of the honey. We reckon this will be great for a Bee's Knees cocktail, for obvious reasons.
