70cl / 41.50% - The first ever gin to be flavoured with sweet grass 'Hierochloe Odorata' (a type of Bison Grass to you and me) grown at the small Three Wrens Distillery of Cheshire, England. It is produced with 13 different botanicals, before being further infused with bison grass. The Three Wrens Distillery likes to source its botanicals locally, and all the bison grass used to infuse this gin was grown at the distillery. So, y'know, that's pretty bloomin' local.
