70cl / 61.20% - A superb indie Strathmill here, distilled in October 2006 and matured in a single cask. While it spent most of its ageing in refill butt casks, its final eight months were spent in a single sherry butt. The folks at Signatory clearly aren't superstitious, because they bottled it up at 13 years old for the Cask Strength Collection, with an outturn of 706 bottles at 61.2% ABV.
