Blood Monkey Irish Gin
70cl / 40.00% - A pretty snazzy spirit here, Blood Monkey is an Irish malt... Gin. Inspired by genever, it boasts a traditional recipe of juniper, rosemary and citrus peel. The name is reference to the name of a seafarer who used to drill into the officers barrel of grog, stealing whatever spirit was inside. As perfect serves go, Blood Monkey's is pretty simple an ice cold glass is all you need. Though we're sure tonic will do very well if you want something longer.
