70cl / 57.80% - A rather snazzy Macallan here from the distillery's Exceptional Single Cask series, matured for 16 years in a European oak sherry hogshead from March 2002 to May 2018 - selected by Macallan whisky maker Sarah Burgess. It was bottled up at 57.8% ABV with an outturn of only 283 bottles. Macallan reserves this series for truly incredible expressions, so we expect this one to be particularly fantastic indeed.
