70cl / 46.00% - A 13 year old single malt from the mighty Mortlach Distillery, independently bottled for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection by Signatory. The whisky was distilled back in April 2007, and allowed to mature for 13 years in a pair of hogsheads, before eventually being bottled in June 2020. As alluded to in the bottling range name, there was no chill-filtration here. None of it.
