Otterbeck Cotton Gin
70cl / 44.00% - From the Otterbeck Distillery in Yorkshire comes Cotton Gin. No, this isn't a machine that separates cotton fibres from its seeds. It is, however, a tasty gin made with the botanicals including Yorkshire watercress, coriander and spruce. The name comes from one of the machines used at the cotton and silk mill on the banks of the River Aire.
