70cl / 54.10% - This limited release from Glen Scotia was initially matured in first fill bourbon barrels before a second maturation in both first fill Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks hence the name, Double Sherry Cask. Creamy bourbon influence and classic sherried spices balance the maritime nature of the whisky, bottled up at cask strength, a healthy 54.1% ABV.
