Interestingly, this expression was made with a blood orange kombucha as a liquid botanical. This inclusion has imparted a helping of tangy citrus at its core, which is balanced brilliant by the other supporting botanicals. The distillers recommend serving it in a G&T with a slice of Asian pear.
