The Glenrothes 1970 (bottled 2020) (cask 10586) - The Last Drop Single Malt Whisky
75cl / 45.30% - Back on 6 December 1970, Glenrothes filled a trio of casks which were then bottled many moons later by The Last Drop. This single malt here was drawn from cask #10586, having spent half a century in the single cask before it was bottled in 2020. A limited 103 bottles were released at 45.3% ABV, accompanied by a 5cl miniature bottle, a custom-made stopper and a tasting book for your own tasting notes, all kept safe and sound in a leather case. Luxurious indeed.
