70cl / 40.00% - An agricole rum from Australia. From Husk Distillers come Pure Cane, an unaged expression distilled from sugar cane juice. On the back of each bottle you can find which specific cane variety was used in each one, along with the year of harvest, which is pretty cool. Wonderfully grassy, give it a go in cocktails where you'd use an unaged molasses rum. Mojitos are on the cards.
