70cl / 42.00% - This rum from Seven Three Distilling wasn't inspired by that famous pirate film that everyone knows, but is in fact named for the reemergence of a New Orleans neighbourhood in the 1970s. The area, right on the Mississippi has a history of rum trade, which thanks to Seven Three Distilling has returned. Distilled from local sugar cane, this unaged rum is full of vibrant grassy, tropical fruit notes.
