75cl / 13.50% - Once again, those Faustino folks have created a spectacular Rioja for your enjoyment. the 2015 vintage Faustino V Reserva is made using a combo of Tempranillo and Mazuelo grapes, and spends at least 18 months resting in American oak barrels, developing a mature flavour profile that is well balanced by the big, bold fruit. The perfect partner for meaty dishes, though should do very well with pasta, too.
