Pietro Nicola Caffe Margaux Liqueurs
50cl / 30.00% - From Dr Adam Elmegirab comes a superbly rich coffee liqueur, Pietro Nicola Caffe Margaux. Inspired by Italy's drinking culture, to create the spirit green Ethiopian coffee beans are first aged in an oak barrel which previously held both both bourbon and porter, soaking up all those flavours. The beans are then roasted and macerated in neutral grain spirit for at least two weeks, before a dash of Demerara sugar is added before bottling. At 30% ABV it's more than sippable neat, though will add a good punch to cocktails as well.
