Mortlach 11 Year Old 2008 (cask 800120 & 800121) - Cask Strength Colle Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 56.40% - Those Signatory folks are at it again, independently bottling up tasting Mortlach single malt for us all to enjoy. This time they got their mitts on an 11 year old expression from the Beast of Dufftown, which was aged in a pair of bourbon barrels from March 2008 to March 2020 - just a few days before its 12th birthday. Bottled for the Cask Strength Collection (at cask strength, obviously), this one had an outturn of just 294 bottles.
