Pin Gin Oak Aged Cask Aged Gin
70cl / 40.00% - The folks at Bottomley Distillers have gone and crafted this cask aged variant of Pin Gin. The spirit was rested in heavily charred sherry casks, so there's some spicy, fruity and subtly smoky influence to this one. Cask-aged gins are always fabulous in a Negroni, so we reckon give this one a go.
