70cl / 42.00% - A British rum from the Isles of Scilly, Daymark 1683 makes the most of its coastal location. The triple distilled molasses rum base is infused with Cornish sea salt and hand-picked samphire, as well as being matured in English oak. The sweet, subtly maritime spirit is then bottled up at 42% ABV.
