Gin is distilled in Yorkshire, and the base spirit makes use of surplus potatoes from the distillery farm that would otherwise go to waste due to their size or shape. Then, it's flavoured with six traditional botanicals alongside locally grown rosemary, basil and bay. Plus, there's no plastic used in the packaging whatsoever - even the label is compostable.
