70cl / 60.00% - From indie bottler James Eadie comes a rather unique Speysider. Distilled at Glen Spey in 2007, the single malt was then matured for over a decade, with its final 22 months spent in a first-fill Palo Cortado sherry hogshead, which isn't a finish we see all too often. It was bottled up in 2020, with 303 bottles released at cask strength, a generous 60% ABV.
