Tomintoul Seiridh Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 40.00% - Tomintoul Seiridh wears its heart on its sleeve... Or label, really... Anyway, the name 'Seiridh' (pronounced "sheh-ree") comes from the Scottish Gaelic for sherry, and as such, it was finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts after initially ageing in American oak Bourbon casks. Master distiller Robert Fleming hand-picked the sherry casks from a family-owned bodega in Andalucia, Spain. He picked very well, it seems.
