70cl / 67.80% - Sherried single malt from the Deanston Distillery, independently bottled by Signatory. This one was aged from August 2008 to September 2019 in a first-fill sherry butt, and then bottled at 11 years of age. 605 bottles were produced for the Cask Strength Collection, weighing in at a particularly hefty 67.8% ABV. A few drops of water will probably help this one's flavour profile, we reckon.
