While the first release took inspiration from surreal art, this expression takes inspiration from the world of music. Macallan whisky maker Steven Bremner is a house DJ and likens the layering of sounds to the layering of flavours, and has crafted this single malt using whisky drawn from sherry-seasoned American oak casks, Miguel Martin sherry casks and ex-bourbon casks.
