70cl / 54.30% - The fourth and final release in Douglas Laing's Old Particular Elements Collection. This is a 12 year old Jura single malt, distilled in October 2007 and bottled in December 2019 after being finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry butt. Representing the Water element (previous bottlings have included a Caol Ila representing Earth, a Cameronbridge representing Air and a Craigellachie representing Fire), 268 bottles of this Island single malt were produced.
