70cl / 40.00% - A carbon negative rum from the Two Drifters Distillery in Devon made with sustainability and environmentally friendly practices in mind (as well as top spirits, of course). This expression matured in French oak Madeira casks, enhancing the sweet orange notes of the rum, while also boasting a lower carbon footprint than the likes of American oak due to travelling a shorter distance.
