70cl / 49.20% - Wonderfully well-balanced Tomatin single malt Scotch whisky here, independently bottled for the Poise and Perseverance range. This one was distilled back in 2007, and patiently waited for 11 years until it was bottled up, displaying the eponymous poise through its flavour profile. With tannic oak, rounded barley and a flash of tropical fruit, this one should do well as a postprandial dram.
