Laphroaig 21 Year Old 1998 (cask 13523) - Xtra Old Particular (Douglas Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 53.40% - Distilled on Islay in April 1998, this Laphroaig single malt was left to mature in a refill hogshead for over two entire decades. After slumbering for 21 years, the hogshead was cracked open and Douglas Laing bottled it up in August 2019. The whisky was independently bottled at 56.3% ABV for the Xtra Old Particular series, with an outturn of 213 bottles. No colouring or chillfiltering to be seen here.
