Three Tides Smoked Botanical Spiced Rum
70cl / 40.00% - Three Tides is built around aged Dominican Republic and High Ester Jamaican funk, and features some rather intriguing ingredients alongside it, like scorched gorse, wild elderflower and oats. Not what you usually expect from a spiced rum, but the result is marvellous indeed, with fragrant smoke and dark chocolate bitterness offering tasty juxtaposition to the vibrant rum.
