Mauritius 2008 - 1423 Single Barrel Selection Dark Rum
70cl / 54.80% - Here we have a single cask rum hailing from Grays Distillery in Mauritius, distilled in 2008. It was matured in a bourbon barrel for most of its time, though spent its last two years in a Port cask. In August 2019, the folks over at 1423 in Denmark bottled it up at 54.8% ABV for the Single Barrel Selection, with an outturn of 286 bottles.
