Jamaica 2015 - 1423 Single Barrel Selection Dark Rum
70cl / 55.00% - A high-ester Jamaican rum from an undisclosed distillery, bottled up by the folks at 1423. Distilled in 2015 from molasses, it spent a six month finish in Pedro Ximenez cask before it was bottled in Denmark for the Single Barrel Selection in August 2019. The single cask yielded 203 bottles at 55% ABV, with fruity, nutty notes from the finish alongside bright tropical fruit.
