70cl / 40.00% - Bacoo Rum hails from the Dominican Republic, and this one here has been aged for a whole 11 years. It's column distilled from molasses before it's aged in bourbon casks. The name comes from a Caribbean legend, the Bacoo, which is similar to a genie in a bottle, though in this one you'll just find good ol' tasty rum.
