They created a gin inspired by the Scottish capital, with the botanicals they chose including shortbread, raspberries, lime cordial, lovage and carrot. They even had a hand in naming the gin and designing the label. What's with the name? Edinburgh is made up of Old Town and New Town, with the label showing mixture of modern tourists, old time-y folk with swords and even a few skeletons having a cocktail party in Edinburgh's famous dungeons. Garnish this one in a G&T with a slice of grapefruit, or try in in a Gin Highball.
