That Boutique-y Gin Company invited the bartenders of Bristol to create a gin inspired by their city. Behold, Gurt Lush Gin. Taking inspiration from their surroundings, local traditions and historical figures, the final selection of botanicals included apples, a lemon bonanza, hops and violet. They even chose the name too, and if your West Country slang isn't up to scratch, 'gurt' means 'very' and 'lush' means 'good'. Keep it simple in a G&T with a slice of apple, or go full Bristolian and pair it with mint, lime and, of course, cider.
