Springbank 10 Year Old 2009 - Local Barley Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 56.20% - 10 year old single malt from Springbank, released as part of the Local Barley series in late 2019. This particular edition, distilled with barley from the surrounding area (hence the name), was matured in a combination of 77% bourbon casks, 20% sherry casks and interestingly 3% Port casks. The series has proved rather popular indeed, harking back to a series of the same name from many moons ago.This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch.
