70cl / 50.00% - Here we have another release in Murray McDavid's Mystery Malt series, Mublen Moor. It's mysterious because the distillery which this single malt hails from is kept... well, a mystery. After distillation in 2010, this one was initially matured in a pair of bourbon hogsheads, before it was moved to first-fill Madeira barriques for a finishing period. The limited edition whisky was bottled at eight years old at 50% ABV, with 1,553 bottles released.
