Belvoir Gin
70cl / 43.00% - This rather handsome bottle is Belvoir Gin, crafted over at Brentingby Gin for the Duchess of Rutland and CEO of Belvoir Castle, Emma Manners, hence the name. Among its eight botanicals are fig, chamomile, liquorice root and vanilla, so though it's juniper forward, it makes for a delicately floral and slightly sweet gin.
