Flying Dutchman Rum 4 Year Old (That Boutique-y Rum Company) Dark Rum
50cl / 53.00% - It's That Boutique-y Rum Company's first bottling of rum from the Zuidam Distillery in The Netherlands. Made with imported molasses (sugarcane doesn't grow in The Netherlands), this has gone through a long fermentation with multiple strains of yeast, and it was double distilled in pot stills before being filled in Pedro Ximenez casks, where it rested for four years. There's quite a lot going on with the rather dramatic label, but it's good to see Patrick van Zuidam has kept his clothes from the Millstone That Boutique-y Whisky Company labels...Check out the rest of That Boutique-y Rum Company's range.
