Breath Of The Highlands 12 Year Old 2007 (Adelphi) Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 52.70% - Another mystery release from Adelphi's Breath of the Highlands series. This one was, fairly obviously, produced at an undisclosed Highland distillery back in 2007. It spent over a decade in a single refill Pedro Ximenez sherry butt, and was bottled 12 years later in 2019. Only 556 limited bottles were released at cask strength, a healthy 52.7% ABV.
