Pascola Silver Bacanora Agave Spirit
70cl / 42.00% - From Mexican producer Pascola comes this unaged silver bacanora, a spirit distilled from agave. Bacanora was actually illegal in Mexico until 1992. This expression is distilled from Pacifica agave after it's been roasted in an earthen pit, fired with mesquite wood. Great as a sipper, or try it with tonic and a hibiscus garnish for something a little different.
